Returns & Exchanges

At Kat The Label, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your lingerie. If your order isn't quite right, we accept returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, and unwashed with all tags and hygiene liners intact.

• 2.
  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and use the provided prepaid shipping label or your preferred carrier to send the parcel back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Processing

  Once received and inspected, we will issue your store credit or ship out your new exchange pieces within 5 business days.
